At BeagleBuddy®, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns for Pet Clothing and Accessories

BeagleBuddy® accepts returns on pet clothing and accessories within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free of pet hair, stains, odors, or damage
  • In its original packaging
  • With all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Size Exchanges for Pet Clothing

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 14 days after delivery, subject to product availability.

The item must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, stains, odors, or damage, and must be returned with its original tags and packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Activated BeagleBuddy® Pet Tags with QR Code|
  • BeagleBuddy® Pet Tags with QR Code linked to a pet profile
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Used, washed, damaged, stained, or altered products
  • Products with pet hair, odors, or signs of wear

BeagleBuddy® Pet Tags with QR Code

BeagleBuddy® Pet Tags with QR Code are eligible for return only if they have not been activated, scanned, or linked to a pet profile, and if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Once a BeagleBuddy® Pet Tags with QR Code has been activated, scanned, or linked to a pet profile, it is not eligible for return or refund, unless it arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your Pet Tags with QR Code arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery so we can review the issue and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days after delivery with your order number and photos of the item.

If the claim is approved, BeagleBuddy® may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Order Cancellations 

We may cancel an order only if it has not been shipped yet. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error by BeagleBuddy®.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as BeagleBuddy® is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Final Sale Items

Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
