At BeagleBuddy®, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number whenever available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package size, and selected shipping method. Any available free shipping promotions will be automatically applied when eligible.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. BeagleBuddy® is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the package. BeagleBuddy® is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will do our best to help you contact the carrier and resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on your location. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their country.

Customs processing may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.
